The House

A Beautiful Greek Revival home built in 1854, with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths.  There is a wide wrap around porch set on 3 acres of hillside and poised for sunset views over the tidal Medomak River and valley and star filled evenings. It's a 5 minute walk to Waldoboro Village with its tidal town dock (bring your kayak/canoe), a cafe, tavern, many beautiful parks & waterways, The historic Waldo Theater, and Odd Alewives Brewery is right down the road. It's also close to Camden, Rockport, Damariscotta, Belfast and many other sweet towns.  Starting in May 2024, flex studio space will be available at an old brick school across the street.

The property owner, Erica, is a metal craftsman and works and lives in the attached barn during Summer rental season.  She keeps to herself, but welcomes studio visits if you like.
