Please see list of fees by clicking here.

What dates can I book?

Please send your proposal for dates and focus by clicking here and scrolling to bottom. Summers only at this time (June through August).

Do I have to be an artist?

No! Just a creative and inquisitive mind.  This is your space and place to recharge and relax how you see fit.

Where is the house?

Waldoboro, Maine.  See map by clicking here.

Is Erica's metal studio available to use?

Only with previous arrangements.  Ask in your proposal email, and include focus and dates. We can discuss.

Is there studio space available?

Our neighbors have offered to rent out their creative work flex space in their newly renovated brick school house.  Please list studio needs, if interested, in your inquiry form.  The house only option can be a time to rest or for creatives that can work in nature or on the move, or collaborate with another local art

Will I need a car?

A car is suggested.  There is not ride sharing (uber/etc), but there are taxis, but they do cost.  Grocery, hardware store and basics are within a mile walk. House is in little village with pub with good food, lovely barn brewery, post office, library, and pharmacy.

Who else will be there?

Erica lives in the barn that connects to the house. If you are renting solo, there are 4 other rooms that may be occupied with other creatives.  In submitting your proposals, we do our best to group folks for the most dynamic mix of creatives.  We also open to grouping suggestions, and the whole house can be rented by a creative group to use for themselves only.

Will there be any group activities?

The only suggested gathering is Sunday dinners where all contribute, and Erica will often join in to assist.  Otherwise scheduling food/cooking/tours/exploring is up to residents.  Erica can assist in connecting guests to what they are interested in in the area.
